Kaz signature package which offers you a full support with 2-3 times a week sessions and regular monitor by text, call, and emails. skype training when you are a business trip. Diet monitor and teach how to cook if necessary. Aftercare after completion at 4 weeks and 12 weeks later to make sure you are keeping the shape.

Kaz was a fat, anti-social housewife who used to stay home most of the time. I used to hate to look at myself in an error when I try on new clothes and often not end up buying it because it does do not look good on me. When I became 51, I decided to change my weight not realising it can change my life let alone my body shape and mind. As I did not take fad diet, it took a year to lose 2 stones from 65kg to 53kg, about 1kg per month. Three years has passed since then, my weight have never bounced back and I look 20 years younger and almost everyone is amazed to know my age and ask how to look young.
